2017 Chicago Dragon Boat Race for Literacy

SAVE THE DATE! The Chicago Chinatown Chamber of Commerce will host its 17th Annual Dragon Boat Race for Literacy on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at Ping Tom Memorial Park in Chicago Chinatown beginning at 8:00 am. Last year, over 10,000 visitors watched 30 dragon boat teams compete on the south branch of the Chicago River. Learn more

The Chinatown Chamber of Commerce hosted another Chinatown Business Luncheon on March 7th with featured speaker David Whitaker, President & CEO of Choose Chicago at Evergreen Restaurant. Mr. Whitaker spoke about the benefits of increasing international tourism in Chicago. Chinatown is one of the major tourist destinations in Chicago.
