Miss Chinese International Pageant – Hong Kong

Miss Jessica Ou, our 2014 Miss Friendship Ambassador, represented the Chicago Chinatown Chamber of Commerce at the Miss Chinese International Pageant in Hong Kong on January 26, 2014. Miss Ou commented “I am so honored to be Chicago Chinatown’s 2014 Miss Friendship Ambassador. It opened up many opportunities that led to new experiences in my life. As a Chicago representative, I got the chance to participate in the 2014 Miss Chinese International Pageant in Hong Kong. It was a two-week life-changing experience. From intensive training to full day rehearsals, from shooting photos to filming promotion clips, I learned a great amount about myself and the entertainment industry. But most importantly, I made some amazing friends from all around the world and no crown can ever replace that. I want to gratefully thank the Chamber of Commerce for their full support. I will continue to represent our Chinese community and make Chicago proud.”
